Office Desks salesperson question
Hi,
I have got an office refurbishment consultancy organisation. It is mainly an net based organisation, although I am planning on starting a showroom. Whilst the internet organisation covers office partitioning sales throughout the UK, the showroom will only sell office refurbishment in Essex and London.
The problem I have is that my working day is more often than not made up on traveling to satisfy new clients talking over large scale office partitions, so I will want to employee a sales rep for the showroom.
In the showroom I will be selling general modern office desks, so it should not be too troublesome to sell.
The advice I am searching for is what is the routine rate of commission paid for <a href=http://www.office-desks.org/>Office Desks</a> sales rep?
Has anyone present had any experience employing sales staff. If so could someone pass me some advice of how to go about it? If you would like to share your stories please feel free.
